Dental sealing machine for Pouch
The pouch dental sealing machine features a long-life heating tube and adjustable temperature settings. It offers rapid heating, stable performance, and ease of use, making it ideal for dental offices to ensure sterile packaging for instruments.
Application in Dental Office:
Efficiently seals pouches for sterilized dental instruments, ensuring safety and compliance with hygiene standards.
Operation Sequence
Step 1: Preparation
- Plug in the machine.
- Turn it on.
Step 2: Adjust Temperature
- Use the control panel.
- Set the temperature.
- For TYVEK plasma bags, set to 130°C.
- For steam autoclave or EO sterilized pouch, set to 180°C.
Step 3: Cut Out Pouch
- Choose the right packing roll.
- Cut out a suitable size.
Step 4: Insert Dental Instruments
- Place the item in the pouch.
Step 5: Seal the Pouch
- Press the handle.
- Hold for about 3 seconds.
Step 6: Check Sealing Width
- The sealing width is about 10mm.
- Maximum applicable bag width is 300mm.
Step 7: Finish
- Ensure the seal is secure.
- Store the sealed item properly.
