Usage:

1. Apply to entire tooth surface with cotton swab
2. Have patient rinse mouth
3. Use blue light to illuminate teeth
4. Plaque-covered areas will fluoresce
5. Remove plaque by brushing/professional cleaning

• Keep bottle tightly closed after use
• Store at 2-28°C / 36-82°F
• Do not use past expiration date
