Abutment Surface Treatment Machine
This professional titanium anodizer is specifically designed for dental laboratories to provide uniform, stable, and long-lasting surface coloring for custom abutments and Malo bridges. It utilizes anodic oxidation to achieve effective color masking, ensuring that titanium frameworks do not compromise the final aesthetic of the prosthetic restoration.
Operation Sequence
- Power On: Connect the power cable to the rear of the unit and flip the power switch.
- Set Voltage: Adjust the control knob to the target voltage; 66V is the standard setting for achieving a gold hue.
- Prepare Solution: Mix 25g of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) into a stainless steel cup filled with pure water and stir thoroughly.
- Placement: Place the cup into the designated base and hang the cleaned, oil-free titanium part onto the hook.
- Anodize: Press the “Start” button; the machine automatically performs the surface coloring process.
- Rinse: Remove the treated component and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
