How It Works
🔧 Setup
-
Create wax model of the dental prosthetic.
-
Attach sprue to the wax model.
-
Invest the model by placing it into suitable investment material and allow it to fully set.
-
Burn out wax by heating the investment ring in a furnace per material-specific requirements.
🔥 Casting Process
-
Select ingot shade appropriate for the intended restoration.
-
Insert ingot and plunger into the prepared investment ring.
-
Crystallize the ring by placing it in a furnace to reach proper pressing temperature.
-
Position ring into the casting chamber of the press device.
-
Start casting by pressing the green button—automatic cycle begins with vacuum and pneumatic pressure.
✨ Finishing
-
Cool the ring according to manufacturer’s cooling instructions.
-
Divest by removing the investment material.
-
Cut off sprue carefully using a diamond disc.
-
Check the fit of the ceramic prosthetic on the model and make adjustments as needed.
-
Finish restoration with staining and glazing, if required.
