Rapid Sintering Zirconia Block Multilayers
Rapid sintering zirconia blocks are advanced multilayer dental materials designed for both speed and performance. With ultra-fast sintering cycles as short as 20 minutes, they significantly improve efficiency in dental laboratories. The multilayer gradation structure provides natural translucency, strength, and color transition for lifelike restorations.
Manufactured with premium zirconia powder(Tosoh), these blocks deliver accuracy, durability, and esthetic satisfaction for crowns, bridges, and full-arch cases.

Sintering Programming Setting
| Phase | Target Temperature (°C) | Heating/Cooling Rate (°C/min) | Hold Time (minutes) | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Start Temperature | 25 | — | 0 | Ambient starting point (room temperature) |
| Set Temp 1 (T1) | 1000 | 250 | 0 | Rapid preheat to remove binders/solvents |
| Set Temp 2 (T2) | 1300 | 80 | 0 | Intermediate temperature for densification |
| Set Temp 3 (T3) | 1440 | 40 | 5 | Peak sintering temperature (full densification & crystallization) |
| Set Cool 1 (C1) | 700 | 100 | 5 | Controlled cooling to avoid thermal shock |
Key Notes for Technicians:
✅ Total Cycle Time: ~20 minutes (per manufacturer’s “super fast” claim).
⚠️ Critical Phases:
- T3 (1440°C): Must hold for 5 minutes to ensure complete sintering and optimal mechanical properties.
- Cooling (C1): Slow, controlled cooling (100°C/min) with a 5-minute hold at 700°C minimizes internal stresses and prevents cracking.
📏 Accuracy: Follow rates and temperatures precisely—deviations may compromise strength or fit.
